PFR WINS SILVER AT THIS YEARS COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SHOW FOR INNOVATION
PFR is proud to announce that it has won Silver in the Commercial Kitchen Show, Innovation Challenge with Hatco’s New Drop-in Induction Dry Well. Designed to keep food hot and fresh at a safe temperature it offers a smart and flexible plumbing-free solution.
The energy-efficient drop-in well gives caterers the chance to tap into increasingly lucrative buffet and hot food-to-go markets, including delivery services.
It contains two heat zones with two temperature probes in each zone, and a sensor to prevent the unit from turning on unless a pan is present.
The Hatco Drop-in Induction Well features an easy-to-use control panel and can hold either a 2.5”/64mm or 4”/102mm deep, full-size pan in its durable, adjustable glass-ceramic well bottom – or any combination of half-size, third-size and quarter-size pans. It can also be top or bottom mounted into a countertop for added flexibility.
