PFR adds further Icarus by Zesti chargrills with extended warranty

Pro Foodservice Reps has announced greater protection for the Icarus by Zesti electric chargrill range in the UK.

The chargrills were made available earlier this year, with 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm freestanding versions supplied through the company. PFR, which is Zesti’s exclusive European import partner, has also now introduced 600mm and 900mm drop-in chargrill options.

Andy Piggin, director at Pro Foodservice Reps, said: “These products raise the bar for electric grill cooking, with precise control of intense heat exceeding 500°C and an innovative patented vaporising hearth system that enhances flavour while minimising grease build-up.

“Every chef that has tried the kit in our showroom and training centre has commented on the taste, not to mention unmatched efficiency, safety and ease of maintenance. The high temperature and true natural flames of the Icarus technology gives the meat an amazing natural flavour, but also tenderises meat in a way that traditional gas grills can’t match.

“We’re pleased to extend the range for the UK market with the addition of drop-in models, as well as a three-year parts and labour UK warranty that confirms the quality of these revolutionary grills.”
