Pro Foodservice Reps Welcomes Back Charlotte Deykin As Key Account Manager

Pro Foodservice Reps has strengthened its sales and account management team by appointing Charlotte Deykin as Key Account Manager.

Charlotte, who officially returns to the business today (1st June 2026), will work across the full Pro Foodservice Reps portfolio, with a particular focus on heavy equipment. Her role will include supporting chain operators, heavy equipment distributors and the consultant sector, while continuing to reinforce PFR’s distributor-led route to market.

As Key Account Manager, Charlotte will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, supporting dealers and distributors, identifying sales opportunities across the brand portfolio, providing product guidance and coordinating closely with manufacturing partners. She will also help customers specify the right equipment solutions for their projects.

Charlotte has a long-standing connection with Pro Foodservice Reps, having been the company’s first employee when the business launched in 2015. During her previous time with PFR, she played an important role in supporting the company’s early growth and developing relationships across the foodservice equipment sector.

Following the Covid period, Charlotte went on to gain wider commercial experience in the construction industry and later in the digital software sector. She now returns to PFR with broader business experience and a strong understanding of both the company and the markets it serves.
