Pro Foodservice Reps (PFR) has announced Icarus by Zesti electric chargrills as its latest brand partner, bringing the Australian-made cutting-edge grills to the UK for the first time.

As exclusive importers to the UK and Ireland, PFR will stock the 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm Icarus benchtop electric chargrills, which are ideal for restaurants, steakhouses, and busy commercial kitchens.

The revolutionary grills offer high-performance electric heating with the authentic flavour of woodfired and charcoal cooking, revolutionising the way chefs grill. They combine precision temperature control, intense heat output exceeding 900°C and an innovative vaporising hearth system that enhances flavour while minimising grease build-up. Unlike traditional gas grills, the electric-powered Icarus grills provide unmatched efficiency, safety, and ease of maintenance.

Icarus by Zesti is the latest global brand to be added to PFR’s portfolio, following the recent addition of Tribeca FSP. PFR’s US-style model gives overseas manufacturers access to the UK market, sold only via distributors and keeping product costs to the end user competitive.

Other factory partners include American Metalcraft, Barfly, Baselite, Escali, FWE, Hatco, Mercer Culinary, Ovention, Puracycle and Spidocook.
