The winner of the Supplier of the Year – Business Development award for 2025 is Pro Foodservice Reps.

Each finalist polled a healthy number of votes after what has been a productive year for every one of them.

Pro Foodservice Reps (PFR) edged it by a margin of 7% as it progressed its ambitious growth plans, adding new factory partners, products and infrastructure to support dealers.

In the last 12 months, PFR has sourced and launched the new range of Icarus by Zesti electric chargrills, bringing the Australian-made grills to the UK for the first time, while also incorporating products from food transport solutions specialist Tribeca into its offer.

The opening of a new custom-built test kitchen in Leicestershire is a significant development for the firm, enabling enhanced demonstrations of a product range that now spans 12 brands.

PFR has also strengthened its involvement in ENSE, delivering various training days and webinars to inform distributors of new products, stock levels and pricing.

PFR Named UK Representatives For Two New Brands

PFR named UK representatives for two new Manufacturers

Pro Foodservice Reps (PFR), the UK’s only foodservice equipment manufacturers’ rep group, has partnered with two established US global companies to help grow its market shares within the UK marketplace.

As part of this new partnership, manufacturers Food Warming Equipment (FWE) and Ovention Ovens, two Hatco group companies, will see PFR manage all its UK local stocking, marketing, customer services and demonstrations. It will also take both global brands into the design consultant, specifier, distributor, and chain end-user community – with the route to market being exclusively distributor-led.

This new arrangement will give FWE and Ovention Ovens access to the UK market via an existing team of industry experts – keeping products competitively priced and sold through dealers in the process. The UK market will also gain access to globally recognised brands and quality catering equipment that is not currently available in the marketplace.
