PFR Showcasing Kitchen Solutions At UCFF

Pro Foodservice Reps (PFR), the UK’s original foodservice equipment manufacturers’ rep group, will be exhibiting at the Universal Cookery & Food Festival (UCFF) 2024, showcasing its innovative products for chefs from across a range of brands.

PFR’s US-style model gives overseas manufacturers access to the UK market via an existing team of industry experts, whilst selling only via distributors and keeping product costs to the end user competitive.

Visitors to UCFF in Kent on 26th September will get the chance to see some of PFR’s latest solutions from key brands including Spidocook (tabletop cooking solutions), Hatco (hot holding, conveyor toasters, heated wells, induction hobs and more), Mercer Culinary (knives, utensils, plating tools, barware and apparel), Barfly (mixology products), Escali (kitchen scales, thermometers and timers) and Puracycle (foodservice labels).

The event is billed as the ultimate food experience, providing chefs with a unique opportunity to get out of the kitchen and rub shoulders with local farmers, foragers, growers and suppliers, in addition to networking with some of the industry’s top insiders and colleagues.
