With a combination of static heat and fan blown hot air, CED’s heated patisserie offers three levels of food display & has been developed to merchandise packaged or unwrapped pre-heated product. Removable steel grids on heated PTFE coated shelves, allow base heat to enter the product, while food core is surrounded by an envelope of heated air.  The heated patisserie suites with existing CED models and can be purchased in 600, 900 and 1200 wide sizes. An assisted service (rear doors), self help (rear doors) and self help (fixed back) version are offered shortly.
