Precision unveils new range of smart refrigeration equipment.
Several new Precision products were unveiled at last month’s Host Milan show and Pro Foodservice Reps were supporting the leading refrigeration brand.
Host Milan is recognised as one of the most important and largest shows in the world for hospitality equipment, making it the perfect event to launch the new range.
The new Precision range is extensive and adaptable, built to the highest industry standards and manufactured to suit a wide array of foodservice and beverage markets.
Both PFR and Precision were excited to reveal to the market the new Precision Connect product which was also launched during the event.
Precision Connect is a cloud-based refrigeration solution that can be accessed anywhere and anytime via a web browser or mobile app.
Customers can view their refrigeration products and observe how they are performing, giving visibility from both a maintenance and temperature monitoring perspective.
In company with the Precision Connect, was the launch of new refrigeration, chillers and storage solutions.
For any vintage-style operations, Precision has extended its retro range, with back bar counters and single door upright models being added. These counters are available in two, three and four-door versions.
The blast chiller range was also updated with a new controller for thawing which closely monitors and regulates the internal unit temperature to closely manage the whole thawing activity. This was added to improve functionality and performance on the PCF15, PCF40, and PCF50 models.
PFR was also promoting Precision’s storage solutions: new wine, cheese, and meat storage cabinets were added to the popular storage range.
The WS700-1950 is a single door upright cabinet with a capacity of 88 wine bottles. There is also the WS700-900 wine under counter available in the range, which has a bottle capacity of 27 bottles. Both wine storage solutions come with tinted glass, LED lighting and slide-out wooden wine shelves as standard.
The Cheese Maturing Cabinet is the ideal solution for storing an array of cheeses, the range has a settable temperature range of +2 to 15C.
In any catering environment, it can be a challenge storing meats because of the amount of storage needed and the various temperamental changes each type of meat needs.
Precision’s Meat Ageing Cabinet has had an update and is now known as the MA700-1950, the cabinet allows caterers further capacity to stock even more meat. Supplied in the cabinet, as standard, is Himalayan Rock Salt which enhances flavour and corrects humidity requirements.
